Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har relevant universitetsutbildning och minst 3 års erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter i en politiskt styrd organisation. Det är meriterande att ha erfarenhet från ekonomisystemet Unit4. Stor vikt läggs vid personliga egenskaper.

We are now looking for a Project manager to one of the world´s most leading manufacturers of cars and motorcycles – the BMW Group.RDC Malmö is the Regional Distribution Center for BMW Northern Europe. Seven markets and more than 300 delivery points are served daily with BMW, MINI and Motorbike spare parts. RDC Malmö is located in Staffanstorp/Malmö in a newly build warehouse at 27.000 m2. Parts Logistics and Service is located at the RDC and consists of nine employees.

Key accountabilities of the function:

Responsible for daily support in all aspects of SRD (Supply & Replenishment at Dealership) functionality, market communication, start-up training and follow up coaching in the region. Handle internal and external reporting as well as supporting dealers in follow up training and trouble shooting.

The scope of work also includes the responsibility for RDC specific IT hardware and software as well as the management of the coding room (daily operation, maintenance of hardware and software, activation of future coded parts assortment, liaison to the central BMW AG departments).

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Dealer training and consultancy on Spare Parts Management based on SRD- BMW owned stock planning tool.

- Responsibility over group training, on site and at dealer trainings in Spare Parts Management in line with SRD set targets.

- Monthly KPI monitoring and reporting on both dealer level and market level towards the retailers and internally within BMW AG and BMW NE.

- Prepare SRD tool roll out in new markets, including group training and on-site onboarding.

- Daily administration of SRD tool and first level support for dealer enquiries. Responsibility for hardware and software troubleshooting and support of warehouse specific IT equipment.

- Responsibility for coding room equipment and future parts assortment activation. Liaison to central BMW AG department.

- Responsibility for weekly dealer communication via newsletters and special announcements in Retailer HUB.

- Project support in Service provider transition.

- Support in Service Provider Steering.

What should you bring along?

Work experience:
- Relevant university degree

- Minimum 3 years work experience in the field of Logistics or Project Management.

- Excellent communicator (written and verbal).

- Good negotiation and influencing skills, and able to present and discuss topics clearly, with confidence.

- Strong project management skills.

- Understanding of cultural differences (working at international level).

Additional skills:
- Brand awareness of BMW, MINI and Motorrad in terms of customer centricity.

- High degree of accuracy in data handling.

- Ability to perform one-on-one and group trainings within the field of Logistics.

- Basic knowledge of IT hardware handling for both production and office environment.

- Good level of computer skills with regular applications (Microsoft office, SAP experience desired).

- Logistics management experience desired.
